Kveik Voss
This strain of yeast is very robust, it creates funky fruity flavours and allows the beer to keep a slight stable
haze for its shelve life. The key to a good Mid Strength is as much flavour without creating off flavours which
is why this yeast is perfect for this beer.

These American Hops pair well together and complement the malt profile we have given this beer.
TASTING NOTES
This brew was low dose dip hopped to expose the tropical flavours in the hops without adding bitterness. It was also dry hopped twice at warm temperatures.
